Substances and alcohol are now more accessible than ever. In today’s challenging environment, our children see vaping paraphernalia along with alcohol, edibles, and other marijuana products everywhere. By understanding the risks associated with substance use, and equipping them with healthy coping skills, we can provide our children with strategies that promote lifelong well-being and resilience.
How do we keep them safe?
For the past six years, CCSA has led the charge to educate our children, support our families, and create community awareness.
This past year alone we have impacted over 16,000 people through our:
* School prevention programs
* Family and sibling support groups
* Community-wide awareness events
* Podcast appearances
* Conferences and presentations
We MUST continue these conversations in our schools and communities, shattering the stigma around addiction and substances, creating awareness and protecting our children, while supporting families who are dealing with addiction.
How can I help?
Donate - you can help us reach and impact more people than ever before!
Share - send friends and community information about CCSA through texts, emails, messages and social media - together, we can protect our children and raise awareness about our cause.
In 2023, CCSA joined Ohel Children's Home and Family Services, allowing our organizations to provide more comprehensive programming in the mental health space and better service the Jewish community.
